With your feet still firmly on the ground, you will be weighed and be brought up to speed on safety procedures. You will be fitted with your harnesses before being winched up in the cage with a jump master. Once the health and safety checks are completed, it will be "3-2-1 BUNGEE" and off you go!

Karting tests your driving skill and endurance to the utmost, so it's no surprise that this is the training ground for today's top Formula One drivers. We've selected some of the country's most demanding circuits so you can be sure of a fun-packed, exciting time.
On arriving at the centre your instructor will begin with a safety briefing, some instructions on your kart controls and you'll be provided with some protective clothing. To familiarise you with the karts and the circuit there will be a few initial practice laps. Then the competitive action begins with a typical programme consisting of a series of thrilling heats, semi-finals and top performers experiencing a heart-thumping final. And, if you're the fastest round the track you'll be awarded a prize trophy - what a great souvenir to take home to remind you of your special day out!
